HAM ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 c. half & half
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can asparagus
1 can chunky ham
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
10" deep dish pie crust

Beat eggs slightly. Add half and half and mix. Drain asparagus and ham. Combine and add 1 cup of cheese. Add to egg mixture and stir together. Put in pie shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. For best results set on another pan on rack.
