HAM AND ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
1/4 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. Swiss cheese
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Chopped ham and asparagus

Coat pie crust with butter. Sprinkle in ham, asparagus and cheese. Mix eggs, cream, sugar, nutmeg and peppers and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
