FIESTA FISH AND SHELLS 
1 (11 or 12 oz.) pkg. Haddock (or other fish fillets)
1 c. shell macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 of 1 1/4 oz. pkg. (2 1/2 tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)

Have fish at room temperature 20 minutes. Cook and drain macaroni. In a medium pan, stir undrained tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning; add macaroni and green pepper. Bring to boil; pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Place fish over mixture. Spoon sauce over fish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
