FANTASTIC FISH TACOS 
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 (1.25 oz) pkg. taco seasoning, divided
1 lb. cod or other white fish (I use tilapia), cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
taco shells (I buy tortilla and fry my own in olive oil)

Toppings:

shredded cabbage
chopped tomato
lime juice
salsa

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning (about half the package) in a small bowl. Set aside.

Combine fish, oil, lemon juice and remaining seasoning; mix in medium bowl; pour into large skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Fill taco shells with fish mixture. Top with shredded cabbage, tomato and sour cream mixture, lime juice and salsa.
