CARBQUIK CHEDDAR CHEESE BISCUITS 
Note: Diabetics use Carbquik instead of Bisquick because it has 90% fewer carbs. so our doctors like it.

2 cups Carbquik
2 oz. cold butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
pinch garlic powder
pinch salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cold water

Cut cold butter into Carbquik with 2 knives til mixture resembles coarse meal. Add cheese, salt garlic powder & blend well.

Mix cream & water and add liquid to dry mixture. Mix until mixture forms dough and comes together but do not over mix.

Drop dough by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet to make 10 biscuits. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes. Biscuits are tender when hot so let cool slightly to serve.

Similar to Red Lobster's.
