SUMMER SALAD PUFF BOWL 
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
5 to 6 c. of your favorite summer salad
Baco's Imitation Bacon

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Boil water and butter in 2 quart saucepan. Add Bisquick. Stir vigorously over low heat until ball forms, about 1 1/2 minutes; remove from heat.

Beat in 1 egg at a time until smooth. Spread in greased pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 (do not spread up sides). Bake until center is dry, 35-45 minutes; cool completely.

Fill with salad; sprinkle with Baco's. Cut into wedges. 6-8 servings.
