CHUCK WAGON CASSEROLE 
2 c. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can biscuits
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Place in shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Dip biscuits into melted butter then into corn meal. Arrange on top of casserole. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
