BAKED SQUASH 
3 lb. yellow squash, cooked, pour off liquid, mash
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs

Put all ingredients in a casserole - sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
