SUMMER VEGETABLE BAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 carrots, peeled
1 onion
2 yellow squash
2 zucchini squash
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. basil

Butter 9 x 9 inch glass casserole dish. Place remaining butter in separated 2 cup measure and add bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well and microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1-2 minutes until light brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
