I just made this recipe for my husband and family... I have to say it was easy to prepare and I had everything around the house, also my husband loved the sweet and zesty taste it added to his salmon... Thanks...

I usually buy salmon already seasoned because in the past whenever I prepared it, it would come out bland. I love this recipe, I prepared it tonight for my family and they loved it. I did not have any lemon juice and my brown sugar was a little low but I improvised with lemon-pepper and a lil bit of honey. The salmon literally melted in our mouths. Thanks for this recipe. I guess I won'y be buying seasoned salmon again.

I never write a review but after trying this simple recipe (4 ingredients people) I feel compelled to tell everyone TRY THIS RECIPE!!! It's absolutely outstanding. This is good enough to impress your most special guests yet perfect for two. I didn't measure just squeezed a lemon sprinkled some brown sugar over the lemon, laid the salmon on top didn't measure the butter but about 2 tablespoons and followed the cooking directions. Pairs well with a Sauvignon Blanc. WOW

OMG this was sooo good. I added lemon pepper seasoning, a little cinnamon and used sweet yellow bell peppers and it was truly to die for. Along with garlic mashed potatoes n steamed corn, I could eat this every day :-)

I made this last night for the second time an it was AMAZING!! I added two good shakes of soy sauce to the sugar, next time I think I'll add some freshly grated ginger...one question: Am I supposed to skin the fillets before baking? I aven't but it seems to make more sense. Thnks for this recipe...It's now my go-to for salmon :)

We loved it. I think that next time I will try to make it this way and grill it. I also used olive oil instead of butter.

Easy and delicious. I left the butter out but gave the fillet a light olive oil brushing. Lemon zest, lemon and sugar per your recipe and then added some ginger. Yum, yum, yum! Thank you.

Flavor was okay, but the texture of this baked salmon came out chewy and a bit bland. Husband prefers the salmon grilled or pan fried with a slightly charred flavor.
