1 c. Coke Cola
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and pour over the sugar and flour; mix well and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

Bring to a boil:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke Cola pour it over 1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on hot cake.
