LEDBETTER DEER HAM 
1 deer ham
2 stalks celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. carrots, peeled and halves
10 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 Reynolds oven cooking bag
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 bottles barbecue sauce

Put flour in bottom of bag and shake. Cut top of ham to let barbecue sauce cook through. Place ham in bag; pour 1 bottle of barbecue sauce over top; add brown sugar on top of that. Close, pierce top of bag and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Take out of oven. Place celery, carrots, potatoes, and onions in bag around ham. Pour other bottle of barbecue sauce over top of ham. Close bag and return to oven until vegetables are done.
