LIBBI'S BAKED HAM | |
8 lb. ham (picnic) Oven roaster bag 1 tsp. flour 1 can pineapples, sliced 5 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take ham; trim some of the fat off. take flour and put in oven roaster bag. Shake bag so flour can cover inside of bag. Place ham inside bag. Place bag inside or on baking dish. Mix your pineapple juice, cinnamon and brown sugar together. May have to stir 3 or 4 minutes to get cinnamon to mix well. When done, pour 1/2 mixture on top of ham. Place pineapples on top of ham. Close bag with tie. Make 6 (1 inch) slits in top of bag. Place in oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. During cooking time, spoon rest of mixture on ham. May have to tear bag a little on top. |
