1. 6 c. mashed fresh peaches
2. 3 c. sugar
3. 1 c. buttermilk
4. 1 qt. milk

Combine mashed peaches, sugar, and buttermilk. Let stand 3 hours. Add milk. Freeze in hand turned or electric ice cream freezer. Keeps well, if there is any left.
