1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. self rising flour 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans (optional) Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix cocoa and flour together and add to first mixture. Add nuts if desired. Pour into 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen. Note: Butter Crisco is great to use instead of butter. |
