DISAPPEARING BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas (2 lg. bananas)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts

For darker bread, mash bananas, let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Mix in dry ingredients then add bananas, sour cream and vanilla then add nuts. Put in well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
