BANANA NUT BREAD 
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream, bananas and flour. Mix well. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan or paper lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees F. 50-60 minutes, until golden brown. Banana Nut Muffins make great after school snacks!
