TOFFEE BARS 
Graham crackers to fit bottom of well buttered jelly roll pan (whole ones will just fit)
2 sticks real butter
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Finely ground pecans

Boil butter with brown sugar for at least 2 minutes after it reaches a full rolling boil. Best to use a candy thermometer to 260 degrees. Pour mixture over graham crackers and bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Mixture must get bubbly. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot mixture. Let melt and spread. Sprinkle with finely ground pecans and refrigerate. Break into pieces.
