TOFFEE NUT BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add flour and pat into ungreased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool for 5 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs until light and stir in brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Beat until smooth and add nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
