CRESCENT CHICKEN | |
2 (8 count) containers Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken - mushroom soup 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 cans Swanson chicken (tuna size can) 1/4 c. milk Mix chicken with cheese. Roll 1 tablespoon chicken and cheese mixture in each crescent roll. Place all in a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Mix milk and soup in a separate bowl. Pour soup mixture over the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with any remaining chicken - cheese mixture and bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. You may substitute tuna for chicken and mushroom soup for the chicken - mushroom soup for a Crescent Tuna Casserole. |
