BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices of bread, trimmed of crust
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 lb. ham, cubed
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Trim bread, butter generously and cut into 1 inch cubes. Layer buttered dish with bread, cheese, and ham. Add beaten eggs to milk and salt and pour over ham. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until it puffs up.
