QUICK & EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Tear up 4 slices bread (any kind) and place pieces in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). A pretty oven to table casserole is nice. Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage or links. Drain off fat. Cut links in slices. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese over sausage. Beat together:

6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top. Best made night before. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Be careful of the salt, I'd use a 1/4 tsp. if any in the recipe. With the sausage and cheese, plenty of salt already. Quick and easy, 45 minutes in total! Great recipe.
