QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
4 slices white bread
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Tear up 4 slices of white bread and lay in bottom of pan. Brown pork sausage and drain well. Spoon sausage over torn-up bread. Sprinkle cheese over the sausage. Beat 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Pour mixture over bread, sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cheese will rise.

Can be prepared the night before. Allow extra baking time.

VARIATION: Add onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.
