QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
6 slices bread, cubed or torn apart
1 lb. sausage, fried, drained & crumbled
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milktsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Sprinkle with paprika before baking

Use a 9"x13" greased baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sausage, milk, mustard and seasonings. Mix well and pour into dish. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight or 12 hours. Uncover. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until brown on top. Serves 8.
