QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
Tear up 4 slices bread (no crust) any kind and place pieces in greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage or links in skillet. Drain off fat. Cut links in slices. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated sharp cheese. Beat together 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, dash of pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover last 10 minutes. Can be prepared night before. Cover and refrigerate.
