VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts, if desired

In a large saucepan, melt the butter and cheese. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together, then add to cheese mixture, add vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in a buttered 9x9 inch pan.

Cool, then cut into pieces. Yield: 3 pounds of candy. This recipe can be doubled if you wish, it never fails and takes less time and money than other fudge recipes.
