CHOCOLATE FUDGE WITH VELVEETA
CHEESE
 
1 box (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter
2 boxes powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (chopped)

Melt cheese and butter together. Combine sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. Pour melted cheese and butter over mixture of sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Pour in one cup of pecans and mix well. Add vanilla and mix with spoon. Pour in greased pan and let stand overnight. Makes about 3 pounds.
