VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
3 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt cheese and butter in 2 quart microwave dish in microwave or use double broiler. Just melt, do not boil. Sift sugar and cocoa together in large mixing bowl. Pour cheese mixture into sugar mixture and stir. Add vanilla; mix well. Will make 9 kisses in large funnel or 2 (9 x 12 inch) pans or roll out on pastry sheet and cut into shapes. Makes 5 pounds of fudge.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
