VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. (or 1 1/2 c.) cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cheese together. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together and add gradually to the cheese mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts; mix well. Spread in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and cool before you cut. Makes 6 pounds of fudge. Can make 1/2 of a batch. The more cocoa you use the darker the fudge will be.
