CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
20 vanilla wafers

Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Place 1 vanilla wafer in paper cup cake. Pour cheese mixture 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooled place a tablespoon of cherry pie filling on each tart. Makes 15 to 20 tarts.
