2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers

Put vanilla wafers in cupcake papers in cupcake pans. Mix all the above until creamy. Pour into cupcake papers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Insert toothpick to test for doneness. Cool and top with pie mix (cherries, blueberries, or pineapple). Makes 12 tarts.
