2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
Vanilla wafers

Beat well the above ingredients. 2 eggs, one at a time. Line muffin pan with cup cake liners. Put vanilla wafer, flat side down. Pour batter over waffer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
