SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE (WITH NUT TOPPING) | |
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 2 beaten eggs Blend all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Set aside. TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. pecans, crushed 1/3 c. melted butter Mini marshmallows Mix well with hands. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with marshmallows and allow them to melt. |
