SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. sweet potatoes (canned can be used)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake sweet potatoes. Mash potatoes. Add eggs, melted butter and spices. Slowly add enough milk until mixture reaches pudding consistency. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING FOR SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter

Sprinkle on casserole when it comes out of the oven. Return to oven at 400 degrees and bake 10 additional minutes.
