SWEET POTATO-NUTS CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 7 ingredients, and mix well. Pour into 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
