SWEET POTATO NUT DELIGHT 
2 (23 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and crumble over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
