EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 unbaked pie shells

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shells.

Bake at 375°F until a thin knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. Do not move pie until custard has set and has cooled.

Makes 2 pies.
