EGG CUSTARD PIE 
6 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8") pie shells

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Make sure pastry shells have no cracks. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and beat. Pour into pie shells. (To prevent spilling place pie shells on oven rack.) Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30-45 minutes. Cool and serve.
