EGG CUSTARD PIE 
6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 qt. milk, scalded
10 inch unbaked pie shell
Dash of nutmeg, if desired

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla flavoring. Scald milk and add to egg mixture. Beat with a rotary beater for 1 minute. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in a 300°F oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie before baking if desired.
