2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 c. flour, scant
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
Powdered sugar
Cream
1 tsp. vanilla
