BANANA FORSTER 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 under-ripe bananas, halved lengthwise
1/4 c. brandy or rum

Melt butter, add sugar and lemon juice. Heat slowly until sugar dissolves. Add bananas and glaze for 10 minutes. Light brandy and frambe' until flame goes out. Yield: 2 servings.
