Marinated Rump Roast

Tried this recipe, and cooking a roast for the first time. With a few additions of my own (1/2 cup red wine vinegar, cumin, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, whole cloves of garlic (to stuff in the roast), and chop/beef grind mixture), this was a good recipe for a first timer. I love marinating, and am glad to have found this easy starter for a "new" cook!

I like the extras you mentioned. Can you say how much of each of your; "few additions of my own"? I see the 1/2 cup of red wine Vinegar... Making this marinade for tomorrows rump roast.
