ROLLED RUMP ROAST | |
1 lg. rolled rump roast Salt and pepper Slice onion on top of roast Place roast in Dutch oven. Salt and pepper. Slice onion on top of roast, fill pan approximately half full with water. Cover with foil and place top on pan. This makes it airtight. Place in 250-300 degree oven and bake 4-5 hours, depending on size of roast. I usually put in late at night and cook all night. Cool and slice and serve with juice from meat. |
