2 c. med. white sauce 6 eggs, hard cooked and chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder 4 English muffins split, toasted Parsley; optional Make white sauce recipe in this book. When done, add eggs, green pepper, and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Place English muffins on four plates and cover with creamed eggs. Serve immediately. |
