EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 eggs
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. mild sausage
2 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 slices bread, toasted, cubed, and buttered

Cook sausage and drain off fat. Arrange 1/2 of bread in bottom of 10 inch square pan. Add sausage. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together. Place other half of bread over sausage. Pour egg mixture over top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
