4 slices bread
1 lb. browned sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard (dry)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Place the 4 slices of torn bread in greased 9x12 inch dish. Spoon the browned sausage over the bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat 6 eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over bread, cheese and sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 10.
