EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 slices plain bread
1 lb. sausage
6-8 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place bread slices in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Brown the sausage and drain. Spread over the bread slices. Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees 20-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown. Can be cut into small pieces for finger food.
