SAUSAGE EGG BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. mild sausage
9 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Drain well. Beat eggs and add milk, bread, seasonings and cheese. Stir in sausage. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set.
