SAUSAGE EGG BAKE | |
8 slices white bread cubed, no crust 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained - 1/2 hot and 1/2 reg. 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup Layer 1/2 bread, cheese, sausage, mushrooms. Do this twice. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard. Pour over everything. Pour soup on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
