EGGS AND SAUSAGE BRUNCH SQUARES 
1 lb. fully cooked smoked link sausage (2 c.sliced)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter
12 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. chopped green onion with tops
1/2 c. toasted salted sunflower kernels

Slice sausage thinly and set aside. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, tabasco, green onions, cheese, butter and sausage. Pour into a well buttered 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch pan. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
